Hurricane Ike hits Houston

As you may know the powerful Hurricane Ike has passed through Brooke's home-town of Houston, Texas. It has left a lot of destruction throughout the state and I would like to post this message to wish the best of luck with anyone who has been affected by this hurricane. I hope for everyone to be safe and hopefully nothing really bad will happen. Keep Brooke and her family in your prayers and remember a hurricane may tear away houses but it can't tear away the love that we all share. God bless all of you and everyone stay safe! We love you Brooke! Hopefully this message doesn't need to be applied to anything related to Brooke, since I'm not sure how things are going for B's family in Houston. Better safe than sorry.

A new song in May, then July, now August/September.... hmmm. What's comming? This song is absolutely fantastic. I really love the beat and of course Brooke's amazing vocals! I'm so happy right now and I just love the song a lot! Thank you Brooke for posting this!

P.S. I don't know when this song was recorded/produced, but I think Brooke may of had me in mind when she this song was made, if I even existed then, LOL. EXCLUSIVE: CL Japan Only Special Edition

Post Under Construction: I just got the Chain Letter Japan Only Special Edition yesterday. Obviously you know that this is all from 2005. Basically the CD booklet art is exactly the same, besides the front and the back. Also it's a two disc holder, which has the Chain Letter disc with the music on it, and the DVD. Look out for the scans soon. Let me tell you, its a great collectors item for a fan like me :) Also if you listen to the intro message you'll here about how she talks about directing your own Girlfight video. Well I wouldn't really call it so much directing. I still have yet to find out to get the new footage from the DVD that we haven't seen. But hopefully I'll get it soon. More info/pictures coming soon. Below is Brooke's intro/welcome message for the DVD.

I'm not sure if its new new... When she talks in the beginning it reminds me of when she was younger. So I don't know. It could be from any time though, so don't go by what I just said. Happy 4th of July everyone! I just wanted to stop in to wish you a wonderful day. I can't say that there is anything new going on with Brooke because I really don't know that. The only source that I can really get updates are from Brooke's MySpace. So whenever she logs in that's when we'll be happy :) Well enjoy the fireworks and enjoy this excerpt of "Tempting". It's short, but I just had to add it because she says fireworks in it. Yeah, I'm that obsessed :). Also today is yet another anniversary for when "Girlfight" was first created. So congratulations Brooke!

I'm in such shock right now!!!!!!! I just received a Physical Education promo picture autographed by Brooke herself!!!!! I scanned it for all of you to look at... sorry for the scannish quality, but I did a quick scan to get it up here. So I'm just speechless right now. Also on the back, it says, "The New Album : Physical Education - Includes The New Single : Rub It In (Feat. Tyrese) - In Stores This Summer!" I can't wait... this is so wonderful!!!!!!! Enjoy :) Thank you so much Brooke!

CAUTION: Ok, incase you didn't read the first caution, this is fake, I just wanted to get you excited... and now you hate me because you got happy after seeing it. :) So the new single being Rub It In is false (Unless that really is it), the album coming this summer is false (Unless it does), and Brooke signing it and sending to me is also false.

P.S. Brooke, if you wan't to actually do this for me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Just giving you some ideas ;).

I haven't seen any "Badunkadunk" lyrics yet, so I decided to post my own. I apologize if anything is wrong, simply because I know I have some things wrong. So don't yell at me for not getting any words right :) If you are part of Subliminal Entertainment, or you're Brooke, and you'd like to correct the lyrics, go ahead and do that by contacting me so that I can get it right. *P.S. - The reason why its an image is so that no one steals it and takes it as their own and posts it somewhere else where they get all the credit. Plus its easier to fit in an image than to take up a bunch of space with text.

Will Brooke Attend the '08 BET Awards?

Ever since Brooke wasn't at the 2007 BET Awards, I've always wondered if she would be at this year's awards. For I long time I didn't think she'd go, but after "Badunkadunk" was posted, I got a big boost in believing a lot of good stuff is coming. So what do you think? Will she be on the red carpet June 24th?

"Badunkadunk" Is An Online Success

Besides the fact that almost everyone thinks "Badunkadunk" is a single (which its not), within days of its release, the song has been doing extremely well online. Its being posted on many websites and the feedback so far is great. Now if there is this much hype on a song that isn't the new single, wait until we get a chance to hear it. :) I rest my case. If you want try to share the song with your friends or anyone online to get out some extra buzz that Brooke is still out there. Congratulations Brooke on the success so far and the absolutely great song.

This morning either Brooke, or someone from Subliminal, posted a new blog. It basically states that "Badunkadunk" is not a single for Physical Education. Also now we know that there will be a new single to be released, and when it will be uploaded it will clearly state "New Single" on it.

Also in other great news, Brooke posted a comment to her blog thanking everyone for the love, and saying that more "new" stuff will be coming soon. Now I'm really excited and can't wait for whats to come.

"To all you gossip sites that's reading this....Stop telling people that Badunkadunk is Brooke Valentine's New Single from her new album Physical Education!!! Where do you get this stuff from? It's been a bit over a year since we heard a new Brooke song, but recently, on May 23 (Or Late 22) both Subliminal Entertainment and Brooke uploaded a new song entitled "Badunkadunk." The song is really hot and is definitely worth listening. I've had it on repeat 24/7 ever since it was posted, so I'm in love with it.

When Brooke logged in to add the new song, she also posted a blog called, "Stay In Your Lane." Now its all about how you should not drive while texting. This is a serious fact. You never know what could happen. Just make sure you don't do it and you'll have a better chance of being safe. Hopefully nothing bad happened to Brooke, but I'm sure she's alright.

Recently, on May 10, 2008, Brooke attended the R.E.A.L. Conference Afterparty @ Monsoon in Houston and was looking oh so great! Unfortunately I could only find 1 picture of her from that night. Only 1! I wish there were more. Well atleast we have this beautiful one. I love her so much :) If Brooke was a part of the actual conference is unknown, but maybe we'll find out soon.
